Valtera Action Planning
Valtera Action Planning is an advanced goal planning and tracking tool. In addition to writing personal or team goals and action plans, managers can share their plans and resources, track feedback meetings, and monitor the planning efforts of others below them in their management chain. To support organizational goal alignment, the system allows for goals to be cascaded down through the organization. To support communications, manager suggestions can be escalated up to people above them in the organization. The system includes a set of useful reports that can be viewed online or printed.
